Liberty, Mo. - Gregg Berkshire boomed a 43 yard field goal as time expired to beat #4 Wayne State last Saturday. Berkshire’s game winning kick came two plays after an Ashland interception that ended Wayne State’s final attempt at a tie-breaking drive. The interception was followed by a 30 yard run that set up the winning kick. The field capped a 17 point fourth quarter for the Eagles. Berkshire also converted a 27 yard field in the second quarter to provide the Eagles' only points in the first half.
