LIBERTY, Mo. - The kicking of senior Gregg Berskshire helped Ashland to a 39-36 victory over conference rival Indianapolis in a four-overtime thriller at Ashland's Jack Miller Stadium.
Ashland, which had trailed for most of regulation, got Berkshire into a position for a game-tying field goal with just :03 remaining. He converted from 38 yards out to send the game to overtime. He kept the Eagles alive with two more field goals in the overtime periods (both from more than 40 yards) and totaled 4 for the game. He also averaged 45.4 yards on five punts.
