Katie Hanover - Saginaw Valley State

Saginaw Valley State University junior Katie Hanover went a perfect 5-0 last week for the Cardinals. She recorded a 3-0 mark at the No. 2 doubles position with partner Sarah Campian and posted a 2-0 record playing No. 1 singles against Tiffin and Findlay. Hanover needed three sets to earn a win over Mia Hagiu of Tiffin (5-7, 7-6, 6-2) and was a 6-0, 6-3 winner over Devin Games of Findlay. Hanover’s efforts helped the Cardinals post a 2-1 record last week.
