Breanne Kronberg - Grand Valley State

Sophomore Breanne Kronberg batted .600 over the weekend to help the #8 Lakers to four straight wins. Over the four game span, she drove in five runs as well as crossing the plate four times. Against Mercyhurst, she went 2-2 from the plate, with a double, two runs batted in, and scored one run. In a game against the Lady Golden Knights of Gannon, she had a homerun while plating four fellow Lakers and scoring two runs herself. For the weekend she recorded a .636 on-base percentage as well as a 1.000 slugging percentage.
Molly Yetman - Wayne State
(Sr, RHP, Cambridge, Ontario/Glenview Park)
Yetman recorded her second no-hitter of the season and fifth of her career last week as she posted a perfect 3-0 mark and 24 strikeouts. Her no-hitter was recorded against Ashland where she had nine strikeouts and faced only 22 batters. On Saturday, in game one against Findlay, Yetman struck out thirteen Oiler batters en route to a two-hit shutout. For the season, she holds a 0.54 ERA wihle holding opposing batters to a .128 batting average. Yetman has currently struck out 125 hitters in 91.1 innings pitched and won eight consecutive outings.
