GLIAC Women's Soccer Athlete Of The Week
Katy Tafler, Grand Valley State University
(Junior, Fwd, Mississauga, Ontario/Cawthra Park)
     Junior forward Katy Tafler scored her ninth and tenth goals of the year in a 9-0 win over Southern Indiana on Saturday. She scored the second and fourth goals of the matches and now leads the team with ten goals on the season. Tafler also assisted on the game-winning goal by freshman Kristen Eible and the sixth goal of the match by junior Ashley Elsass. Tafler’s six points give her 25 on the year, which leads the team.
