Location

GVSU Soccer Field

The current soccer facility was built in 2001 south of West Campus Drive, across the street from The Meadows Golf Course. The playing surface is natural grass and an exterior fence was added in 2002 to completely enclose the facility. The most recent addition includes an enclosed press box that was constructed in 2006. The current soccer field was host to the Laker soccer team's first home televised game during the 2010-2011 season. In 2012 GVSU added the south building, the soccer team now has access to home and visitor locker rooms, a weight training area and an athletic training room all adjacent to the soccer field.

Grand Valley State University

Grand Valley State University is a public liberal arts university located in Allendale, Michigan. The university was established in 1960, and its main campus is situated approximately 12 miles (19 km) west of Grand Rapids. GVSU maintains an enrollment of more than 25,460 students.
