USTFCCCA Annouces 2009 Division II Cross Country All-Regional Teams
New Orleans, La.--The United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association annound the 2009 Division II Cross Country All-Regional Teams based on performances at the NCAA-II Midwest Regional Championships held last Saturday (Nov. 7) in Kenosha, Wis.
The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference landed eight of the fifteen spots on the men's all-region team, toping the list is Grand Valley State University sophomore Tyler Emmorey. Claiming the top spot on the women's list is Ferris State University junior Tina Muir. Nine other women athletes from GLIAC institutions were also named to the Midwest all-region team.
