TIFFIN, Ohio - Scott Hall has been named Head Women's Golf Coach for Tiffin University. He takes over from departing coach Ryan Sams.

GLIAC Announces Spring 2010 All-Academic Teams

Bay City, Mich.--The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced today the Spring 2010 All-Academic Teams. 594 student-athletes from 12 institutions were honored in the following sports;baseball, softball, men's tennis, men and women's golf and men and women's outdoor track and field. To be eligible for all-academic status, the student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0, on a 4.0 scale, and must not be a freshman or first year transfer.

GVSU Finishes in Sixth at Division II Women's Golf Championships

MESA, Ariz. - Grand Valley State used the fourth-lowest score of Saturday's (May 15) final round at the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships to solidify its sixth place finish at the tournament. The Lakers' total team score of 1249 put them 13 strokes back of fifth place Sonoma State, as GVSU senior Ashley Smith finished the tournament in a tie for fourth place.
