GLIAC Softball Tournament Moved Due To Flooding
BAY CITY, Mich. - Due to flooding at the Emerson Park complex in Midland (Mich.), the location of the 2011 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Softball Tournament has been changed. The tournament will now be held on the campuses of Northwood University and Saginaw Valley State University.

To minimize teams travelling between Northwood and SVSU and any single day, some adjustments to the bracket have been made. The updated bracket will keep all teams at a single location on Friday.
The top half of the bracket that contains Tiffin University, Hillsdale College, Grand Valley State University and Northwood University will play at the SVSU Softball Field on Friday.
The bottom half of the bracket that contains Ashland University, Wayne State University, Ferris State University and Saginaw Valley State University will play at Fisher Stadium on the campus of Northwood University on Friday.
