Lewis University's Brandon Drogemuller Named GLIAC Swimming & Diving "Athlete of the Week"

Bay City, Mich.--Lewis University's Brandon Drogemuller (Hollister, Calif./San Benito) was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's swimming and diving athlete of the week as announced by the league office.

  Freshman Brandon Drogemuller has been named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Male Swimmer of the Week for his impressive collegiate debut against Grand Valley State on Saturday, Oct. 24. Drogemuller won both the 1000-yard and 500-yard freestyle with a pair of NCAA B times. Drogemuller’s 9:30.77 1000-yard freestyle swim set a new Lewis pool record. He finished the 500-yard freestyle in 4:41.74.
