Grand Valley Tied for No. 15 in the Division II Preseason Baseball Poll

Bay City, Mich. - The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association 2011 Division II Preseason Top 25 Poll has been released with Southern Indiana remaining in the top spot after finishing No. 1 in the final poll of the 2010 season. The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), boasts one team in the preseason poll with Grand Valley State University starting the season tied for No. 15. 

The Preseason Regional Top 10 Rankings were also released with the GLIAC placing three teams in the top five of the Midwest Region. The GLIAC schools ranked are Grand Valley State University No. 2, Ashland University No. 4, and Wayne State University No. 5 with Saginaw Valley State University also recieving votes.
