Tony Dang -Grand Valley State

  Grand Valley State sophomore Tony Dang was instrumental in the No. 42 Lakers defeat of the No. 43 Wayne State Warriors this week. Dang picked up a hard-fought win at first singles, downing Johan Maubacq in three sets 6-7 (4-7), 6-4, 6-2. Dang and Patryk Polus teamed up to take another big win at first doubles, winning 9-8 (7-1). His wins upped his season record to 14-6, with a 3-1 mark in conference matches.
