Junior forward Geneo Oberst led Gannon to a perfect 3-0 record last week with GLIAC road victories at Mercyhurst (2-1 in ot), Saginaw Valley State (6-3), and Northwood (3-1). Oberst recorded five goals and one assist in three matches accounting for all of Gannon’s scoring during a 3-1 victory at Northwood, producing his first career hat trick. He posted two goals and one assist during a 6-3 shootout at Saginaw Valley State. Oberst scored six goals during his first two seasons at Gannon, but has tallied six goals in only six matches this season as Gannon’s leader in goals (6), while ranking second in points (13).
