Scott Perkins - Lake Superior State

Sophomore guard Scott Perkins led the Lakers to a 1-1 week, scoring a career-high 25 points during Thursday’s 75-63 loss to Gannon and scoring 17 points in an 80-59 victory over Mercyhurst on Saturday. For the week, Perkins averaged 21 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. He shot 52 percent from the field last week, including a 6-for-12 performance on the arc, while shooting 83 percent at the free-throw line. Perkins had eight points and four rebounds to help LSSU build an insurmountable 16-point halftime lead against Mercyhurs.

Tim Homan - Hillsdale

Senior forward Tim Homan had a day to remember last Saturday in leading Hillsdale to a 97-66 win over Saginaw Valley. He became the 29th player in team history to score 1,000 points in his career on his first field goal. With his last basket, he broke another school record. He shot 10-for-14 from 3-point land, setting a school record for 3-pointers made in a game. Homan finished with a career-high 40 points in the contest. For the weekend, Homan was 19-for-33 from the field, averaging 27.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
