Antonio Harrison - Northwood

Junior guard Antonio Harrison led Northwood to a 2-0 record last week to open conference play, averaging 24.5 points per game while shooting 71.4 percent from the floor and 77.8 percent from 3-point range. He scored 35 points in the 72-64 win over Lake Superior State on Wednesday, going 9-10 from the floor and 6-6 from three-point range. He then came back with a 14-point, five-assist, and three-steal effort in Northwood’s 86-68 victory over Ferris State on Saturday. His 35 points are the most for any player in the GLIAC this season.

Kale Richardson - Ashland
(Fr, C, 6-8, Carroll, Ohio/Bloom-Carroll)
Redshirt freshman Kale Richardson led the Eagles to an 84-81 upset of No. 4 ranked Findlay in Ashland’s only contest last week. Richardson tallied a career-high 28 points, with three rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in the Eagles’triumph over the previously unbeaten Oilers. He made 8 of 14 field goal attempts (.571), including a 2 of 5 performance on the arc. Richardson, who is currenlty tied for sixth in the GLIAC in scoring average (17.5 points per game), was a perfect 10 of 10 at the free throw line against Findlay.
