GLIAC "Pink Wave" Campaign Garners Recognition in the NCAA News
INDIANAPOLIS - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's (GLIAC) "Pink Wave" breast cancer awareness campaign received recognition from the NCAA News, the NCAA's daily on-line news source.
The GLIAC's member institutions raised more than $10,000 for the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and other local breast cancer organizations during basketball games this year.
