GLIAC And MUSCO Lighting Announce Partnership Extension

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) and Musco Lighting are pleased to announce an extension of their partnership agreement. Musco, a leader in sports lighting, will continue to be the “Official Lighting Partner” of the GLIAC.

“Musco is certainly excited about the renewal of our partnership with the GLIAC and reiterate our desire to assist member schools with their lighting needs.  We’ve been fortunate over the past few years to complete lighting projects at numerous conference schools and hope we can continue to build relationships with those and others in the near future,” said Musco’s Michigan Field Sales Representative Rollie Madison.

Musco Lighting specializes in design and manufacture of sports-lighting systems -offering major enhancements in energy efficiency, environmental light control and cost effectiveness. Musco offers solutions for indoor or outdoor, permanent or temporary lighting, with unique technology to address the needs of players, spectators, neighbors, and television broadcasts.

“Musco Lighting is a first-class organization in the business of sports-lighting systems,” stated GLIAC Commissioner Dell Robinson.  “We are happy that we are able to continue our partnership and look forward to having our venues showcasing Musco locally, regionally and nationally.”

The GLIAC is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II conference made up of 14 colleges and universities in Michigan and Ohio, and sponsors championships in 20 sports.  Founded in 1972, the GLIAC is a leader in the advancement and promotion of intercollegiate athletics for men and women.
